Rachel Stuhr – Coordinator 
B.CA (Perf), M.Div, Dip.Min (in progress) 

With over fifteen years of experience in youth and young adult ministry, Rachel has a heart to see young people growing in their faith and living out God’s plan for their lives.  

Rachel completed her Master of Divinity at Morling College and has worked in pastoral roles in youth and young adult’s ministry. In addition to her work at IMPACT, she is currently working towards pastoral accreditation. 

Rachel lives in the Blue Mountains with her husband Max and their dog Anuk and loves to spend time exploring Gods creation, gardening, and working on projects around their home. 

Peter Alarcon – YA Development

Peter has been a passionate discipler of Youth and Young Adults for over 15 years. With experience in local church YA leading, serving as a regional director for Youth For Christ Australia, and working in the online discipleship space in various online communities. Peter has been involved in YA discipleship locally, nationally and internationally.

Peter also has experience in different areas of ministry, including operations, business management, leadership development and coaching ministries for growth.

Peter lives on the Central Coast with his wife Sarah and their younger kids Kira Lena and Mya. You can often find him working on his car, playing or watching basketball, and playing video games. Peter also works on the never-ending renovations around their home.
